He qualified himself for driving the type of military vehicles to be taught while organizing the school. By his example and leadership, sound judgement and determination, he has developed this school into an outstanding centre of military training, unique in its service to the Canadian Army, and a credit to the Department of National Defence.
It is particularly interesting to record that what have been routine and mechanical has been here developed into something of military precision, coupled with individual initiative and pride in their accomplishments, inspiring to both staff and students.
